One person sent to hospital after collision between SUV and industrial truck.

A two vehicle collision took place on Highway 97 South near the junction of the 237 Road, Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013 at approximately 8:30 a.m.

The preliminary investigation shows that the sport utility vehicle was northbound on Highway 97 when it collided with a southbound industrial truck, according to the RCMP.

The driver of the SUV was transferred to the hospital with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries and no injuries were sustained to the driver of the industrial truck.
